1. Shipping Methods

We have a shipping options for you to choose from:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

The shipping options you can choose from may be different depending on where you live and what products you buy.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We think it will take this long to get your order to you:

  • Major Cities: 3-5 Business Days
  • Other Areas: 5-7 Business Days

Keep in mind that these are estimates and things like bad weather, courier delays, public holidays or other unexpected things can make your order take longer.

3. Shipping Costs

We calculate how much shipping will cost when you check out based on where you live and which shipping method you choose.

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 150
  • Express Shipping: PKR 500
  • Free Shipping: You can get shipping if you spend more than PKR 3,000 (if this is something we offer)

You will always see how much shipping costs before you pay for your order.

4. Order Processing Time

We start getting your order ready within 1-2 Business Days after you place it.

If you order something on a weekend or public holiday we will start getting it ready on the business day.

When your order ships we will send you a confirmation message.

5. Tracking Your Order

After we send your order we will give you a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp (if we can).

You can use this number to track your order on our courier partners website.

6. Delivery Delays

If your order takes longer than we thought it would please get in touch with our customer support team.

Sometimes orders are delayed because of:

  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service problems
  • Wrong or incomplete shipping information
  • Lots of orders during sales or promotions

We will try to fix any delivery problems quickly as we can.

7. International Shipping

We do offer shipping.

If you order something from outside our country you might have to pay extra for shipping, customs duties, taxes and import fees. You are responsible for paying these fees unless we say otherwise.

It may take longer to get your order if you live outside our country depending on where you live and how long customs takes.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

You need to make sure your shipping information is correct when you check out.

If you give us incomplete information your order might be delayed or you might have to pay extra for shipping.
